Under the agreement, Liberty AV will provide industry-leading AV solutions, while Domotz will provide its RMM solution for AV and other IoT devices. When used together, remote and onsite users can view, manage and customize their network and device configuration with an intuitive and easy-to-use application to enable greater control over other network-connected systems and IoT devices. Integrators could receive alerts if issues arise in the field, allowing them to troubleshoot and correct the issues remotely and reduce or eliminate downtime for the customer, while reducing expenses associated with sending a technician to a customer site.
